Compensation
Average earnings: $21–$25 per hour
Our compensation package includes:
- Production-based pay
- Performance bonuses
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- An hourly minimum base of $19 to account for production decreases

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays used as make-up days
- During peak season, additional Saturday work may be required

The Role:
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will:
- Provide professional lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest management services
- Perform lawn evaluations and identify customer needs
- Educate customers on lawn health and recommend additional services
- Generate field sales opportunities and earn additional commission
- Safely handle and apply lawn care products and operate company equipment
- Drive company vehicles and complete daily vehicle/equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate service records and required paperwork
- Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and provide employment eligibility documentation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Receptive to coaching and committed to following company policies and safety standards
